Chacun de nous déguste la vie à sa manière. Some wanna be rockstars, some want to be millionaires, others just want to be accepted. Mais nous avons tous un désir en commun : we all want to be happy. Voici 10 conseils pour vivre en joie :

C'est pas facile à apercevoir mais sur le long terme, des mots négatifs donnent lieu à des pensées négatives et un sort désagréable. Pessimiste ? start seeing the glass half full. Regardez des comédies, it will do you good.

2. Love yourself : Le premier pas qui mène vers le bonheur est l'amour de soi, s'accepter.

3. Fall in love : Nothing has more power to make you happy than unconditional love.
Unconditional love means that you’re never judged and that you and your other half truly complete each other.

4. Be Faithful to Your Partner : dans le monde des internets, tromper son partenaire est devenu plus facile que jamais. But, here is the tricky part : If you cheat you will never be at peace.
